Stratus Virtual Machine Configuration and Specs

Stratus VMs are pre-configured with a base set of tools to help you get up and running with bioinformatics analysis.

Configuration & Software

By default, Stratus VMs ship with CentOS 7 and include recent versions the software below plus a few small OS tweaks and additions.
